The first floor offers a living/dining room with fresh paint and faux wood blinds. It provides access to the private patio and is open to the kitchen with SS appliances and a breakfast bar. There is a washer/dryer closet off of the kitchen and a half bathroom that completes the first floor. On the second floor you'll find two large bedrooms with vaulted ceilings + ceiling fans and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a walk in closet and private bathroom. Cats are not permitted. 

NO BASEMENT. Fireplace is decorative.

One off-street parking spot is included + visitor parking.

Owner pays water/sewer/trash bill. $30/adult will be added to the monthly rent to account for water usage.
